1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our payment services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with payment.

2. Services

Swiss Technology provides custom software development services. Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed individually with each client prior to payment, typically via email or direct communication.

3. Payment Terms

• Amounts are quoted and payable in Swiss Francs (CHF)
• Card and TWINT payments are processed immediately via Stripe
• Invoice/Bank Transfer payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date
• All prices are agreed in advance between client and provider before checkout

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed. Please contact business@swiss-technology.ch to discuss any refund request — we aim to resolve these fairly and promptly.

5. Late Payment

Invoices unpaid after the 30-day due date may be subject to reminder notices and, if unresolved, referral for collection in accordance with Swiss law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Swiss Technology's liability for any claim arising from the services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g. gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
